2. Description of Service
Recipe Pro is a mobile application that helps users:
- Discover recipes based on available ingredients
- Generate AI-powered custom recipes
- Plan weekly meals with nutritional goals
- Create and manage shopping lists
- Track dietary preferences and nutritional information
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Subscription Plans
4.1 Available Plans
- Free: Limited features with advertisements
- Silver ($5.99/month): Enhanced features, no ads
- Gold ($9.99/month): Full access to all features
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
4.3 Free Trial
New users may receive a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
5. AI-Generated Content
Recipe Pro uses artificial intelligence to generate recipes. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated recipes are suggestions and may not always be accurate
- You should verify nutritional information and ingredient safety
- We are not responsible for adverse reactions to AI-suggested recipes
- Users with food allergies should carefully review all ingredients
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Share your account credentials with others
- Abuse or exploit the AI recipe generation system
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
7. Intellectual Property
All content in Recipe Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Recipe Pro or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
Recipes you create and save belong to you, and you grant us a license to store and display them within the App.
8. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including:
- OpenAI for recipe generation
- Instacart and Amazon for grocery ordering
- RevenueCat for subscription management
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Recipe Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Recipes will meet your specific dietary or nutritional needs
- Nutritional information is 100% accurate
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recipe Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
11. Health Disclaimer
Recipe Pro is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have health conditions, allergies, or are pregnant.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
